Leveraged Investment

You can earn profits by providing collateral and using minted WCD for other investments, such as purchasing cryptocurrency or using DeFi. This is a form of leveraged investment, where you provide collateral and reinvest the issued WCD.

WCD Earn

WCD Earn is the most basic way to earn interest. Similar to traditional finance, you can safely receive WCD Earn Interest in Kurrency; but with external variable of fluctuations in the value of the collateral assets. WCD Earn Interest fluctuates based on Asset Management Profit of collateral and Stability Fee paid by WCD minters.

WCD Arbitrage

Although 1 WCD is designed to be pegged to 1 USD, temporary deviations may occur due to the laws of supply and demand. Kurrency has measures in place to address these temporary deviations, and users can take advantage of arbitrage opportunities to earn additional revenue.

Arbitrage and Repayment

WCD is always minted at 1 USD. When WCD market price temporarily exceeds 1 USD, there is arbitrage opportunity to minting and selling WCD. Conversely, when WCD market price temporarily falls below 1 USD, users can repay previously minted(borrowed) WCD for arbitrage opportunity.

PSM(Price Stability Module)

PSM(Price Stability Module) allows exchange of WCD with stablecoins such as WEMIX$, USDT, USDC. Users can profit from arbitrage using PSM when WCD price fluctuates.
