Minimum Collateral of 10 USD is required to mint KCD. Similarly, Minimum Collateral of 10 USD must be maintained when outstanding debt(KCD to repay) remains — In other words, when LTV is greater than 0%.
Example :
0.45 KCD minted with KLAY collateral of 30 USD. Stability Fee has not been accrued. (LTV : 1.5%)
Repay less than 0.45 KCD : Only 20 USD worth of collateral can be withdrawn to maintain Minimum Collateral of 10 USD
Repay all 0.45 KCD : Entire collateral can be withdrawn.
