Mint

Users can mint(borrow) WCD by providing their cryptocurrency as collateral to Kurrency. WCD can be minted up to certain percentage of collateral value, also known as LTV(Loan-to-Value), and users can mint any number of WCD within that range. Due to price volatility of each cryptocurrency, each collateral type has different LTV.
