WCD Earn Interest is composed of Asset Management Profit(to be updated) and Stability Fee. Both components have been designed to provide clear and stable WCD Earn Interest Structure based on actual assets, while also structured to reflect fluctuation of the market. Factors that may impact WCD Earn Interest include :
Increase in Asset Management Profit(to be updated) : Increase WCD Earn Interest
Increase in Stability Fee : increase WCD Earn Interest
Increase in Total Volume of WCD Earn : Decrease WCD Earn Interest
WCD Earn Interest is equally distributed to all WCD deposited in WCD Earn. Therefore, an increase in Total Volume of WCD Earn (total number of WCD deposited) can reduce WCD Earn Interest received per WCD. On the other hand, increase in WCD mint has positive correlation with increase in Stability Fee and collateral, thus leading to increase in Asset Management Profit — Ultimately resulting increase in overall WCD Earn Interest. Please note that since above factors interact with each other to determine the actual WCD Earn Interest, it is not possible to predict WCD Earn Interest by examining individual factors.
